Method for the Best Results:

1) Wash the body or apply massage oil before to avoid pinching on skin. 

2) Depending where the pain is, you can either, sit, lay, stand on, or push against. 

3) Hold on the spot where you feel the most tension for 30-60 seconds to loosen the tension while breathing into it. Then, start to move around on the ball as long as you need to so it massages deep into your muscles and relieves any pain.
